Will anyone else have exactly the same chart as I have?
No. These paintings are order made, there are no two identical.
Will the coins fall off?
With reasonable handling they do not fall off.
What are the panels made of?
Panels are made of primed and varnished canvas or wood painted with Acrylic colour. The size of the panels varies based on the design.
Are all trades suitable for a Trophy Chart?
We try our best to visualize your trade in the way you imagined, however we may apply some artistic liberty in order to make it more powerful and triumphant on your wall, without deferring from the actual chart.
Can I choose the colour and the dimensions of the chart?
Based on our artistic interpretation of the chart, we recommend the colour(s) and dimensions (size and number of panels) of the design. However, if you do have any strong preference, we will accommodate it, or advise you otherwise. All charts are tailor made, therefore our aim is to make you happy and proud of your chart.
How do I place an order?

Can I modify my design plan?
Once we come back to you with an initial design, you can ask for modifications, so that you can be satisfied. Once you are happy with it and deposit the order, further changes to the design plan cannot be made without a surcharge, depending on the stage of completion.
Can I add previous / following periods to my existing chart?
Depending on the design it may be possible as a separate order.
How long does it take?
As all orders are custom made, there is a reasonable waiting time. Completion varies based on the size of the design, the availability of the materials (i.e. in case of special or rare coins/banknotes) and the length of the waiting list. We aim to give you a realistic delivery date, and we will keep you up to date on the status and inform you if there are any expected delays.
How is it going to delivered?
Deliveries in London are free of charge. For outside of London or the UK we use qualified Art Transportation service for a surcharge.
What happens if the painting gets damaged during delivery?
We are fully liable for deliveries which we deliver personally. For any other transportation made by the Customer or a third party (including Art Transporters) we do not take any responsibility.
I changed my mind. Do I get a refund?
Orders are placed with a 25% non-refundable deposit, and the remaining paid on delivery. We cannot offer any refund, as the designs are custom-made.
Are repairs guaranteed?
Small repairs are guaranteed to the first owner buying directly from Trophy Charts, provided that the painting is not exposed to unreasonable atmospheric conditions (i.e. excessive heat, dust, cold or humidity), and it is not subject to unreasonable handling (i.e. transporting without appropriate precautions and protection).
Is using coins in paintings legal?
It is illegal to deface a coin by altering the date or sum.
All coins or banknotes used in our designs remain intact. We do not make any alterations to the coins or banknotes. When sold by us the coins or banknotes are within a piece of design and not currency.
